What information E-StoreQuick uses, why it is needed and where it lives.

1. Scope

Wowels operates E-StoreQuick. This policy covers the product website at esq.wowels.in, central licence service, WooCommerce plugin and mobile app. Your WooCommerce store has its own privacy obligations to its shoppers. E-StoreQuick is not a replacement for your store's customer privacy notice.

2. Information involved

  • Client and licence records: company name, contact name, email, phone, website, plan or licence status and administrative notes entered by the operator.
  • Store connection records: store domain and URL, software versions, connection status and last contact times.
  • Device and access records: a hashed device identifier, device name and platform, app version, activation and validation times, and technical request details such as IP address and user agent.
  • Store operations: the app reads products, images, orders and sales data from the connected WooCommerce store and sends authorised changes back to that store.
  • Website and account access: the public landing page has no enquiry form or analytics script. Customer and staff sign-in use account credentials and a session cookie. The web server may keep ordinary access and security logs. The icon script is loaded from a third-party CDN, which receives a request from the visitor's browser.

3. Why information is used

Information is used to connect the correct store, issue and validate licences, enforce device limits, display store information in the app, apply product or order changes you request, protect access, investigate faults and maintain an audit trail.

4. Where information goes

The central service manages licences, device access and connection metadata. Product, order and inventory records are served by your WooCommerce store, rather than held as a second product and order database by the central service. Your hosting provider, connected store and device platform may also process information needed to deliver their services. Specific production hosting and subprocessors must be listed here before launch.

5. Storage and protection

The app stores connection and access information on the device, with sensitive credentials in the platform's secure storage. The central service stores licence and access records, and technical activity logs. No security measure removes all risk; protect devices, accounts, hosting and backups as well. Storage location, backup schedule and retention periods are pending confirmation.

6. Your choices and requests

Store administrators can disconnect a store and manage licence or device access through the available controls. To ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information, email mail@wowels.in. Wowels will confirm the applicable request process and any records that must be retained for security, accounting or legal reasons before production launch.

7. Children, updates and contact
